Use password recovery first. If you lose both your password and recovery methods, contact Mosaic for account review. Mosaic will never ask for your password, authentication codes, recovery codes, or Stripe secret keys.

Transaction, payout, content, or account issue

Include the relevant Purchase Group, Area, offer, transaction, or withdrawal ID when available. Mosaic uses transaction and audit records to investigate issues.
