Content & Acceptable Use Policy

Mosaic users remain responsible for content they submit and where their destination links lead.

1. Rights

Do not upload, display, or link content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights.

2. Illegal or dangerous activity

Do not use Mosaic to facilitate unlawful activity, credible threats, violence, exploitation, trafficking, illegal goods/services, malicious hacking, malware, phishing, credential theft, fraud, or other conduct creating material legal or safety risk.

3. Sexual exploitation

Content involving sexual exploitation or abuse of minors is strictly prohibited. Mosaic may preserve and report information when required or appropriate.

4. Malware/phishing

Destination URLs must not deliver malware, phishing pages, deceptive login prompts, unwanted downloads, malicious redirects, browser exploits, or other harmful code or schemes.

5. Deception and impersonation

Do not falsely claim affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, identity, certification, or authority, or trick users about the source, purpose, price, or nature of a destination.

6. Harassment and privacy abuse

Do not use Mosaic for unlawful threats, targeted harassment, stalking, extortion, or malicious disclosure of highly sensitive personal information.

7. Marketplace manipulation

Do not use content, links, multiple accounts, scripts, automation, sham transactions, coordinated bidding, self-dealing, fake disputes, or other methods to manipulate marketplace outcomes.

8. Spam and abusive automation

Do not use Mosaic for spam, repetitive abusive submissions, automated reports, disruptive scraping, denial-of-service traffic, credential stuffing, or attempts to bypass rate limits/security controls.

9. Commercial claims

Users are responsible for the truthfulness and legality of commercial claims in content and linked destinations. Do not imply Mosaic endorses or verifies a product, service, organization, investment, fundraiser, or offer merely because it appears on the Canvas.

10. Investment/resale claims

Do not represent Mosaic Tiles as guaranteed investments or promise guaranteed appreciation, resale, liquidity, profit, or returns.

11. Moderation

Mosaic may review content before or after publication and may reject, remove, disable, restrict, or request changes. Reports do not guarantee removal, and false or abusive reports may violate this policy.

12. Ownership remains separate

Removing content or disabling a URL does not automatically transfer, confiscate, redeem, or refund the underlying Tiles.

13. Enforcement

Mosaic may warn, reject content, disable a link, remove content, restrict publishing, freeze transactions, suspend/terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or refer matters to providers or authorities where appropriate.
