Mosaic does not claim ownership of images, artwork, trademarks, logos, or other content submitted by users. Such content remains the property of its respective owners and rights holders.

User-submitted content

By submitting content to Mosaic, a user represents that they own the content or have the rights and permissions necessary to use and display it. The user grants Mosaic the limited permission necessary to host, process, resize, store, and display that content as part of the Mosaic service.

Infringing content

Users may not upload or display material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights. Mosaic may remove or disable content that is reported as infringing or that otherwise violates Mosaic's policies, and may restrict or terminate accounts associated with repeated violations.

External websites

Mosaic Tiles and Areas may contain links to third-party websites. Mosaic does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, accuracy, or practices of external websites.

Homepage and displayed images

Images and other third-party content displayed on Mosaic remain the property of their respective owners and rights holders. Their display on Mosaic does not transfer ownership to Mosaic or imply endorsement by Mosaic.
